They have forever hooked my taste buds and are sooooo far away. It was supposed to be a hiking holiday and it became an addiction to delicious cakes. Favorite ,, nut cake ,,,, poppy seed cake ,, and and and. Thank you for the 2 kilos more on your ribs! Please, I need the recipe for the nut cake! Greetings from Dresden

This cafe is really cozy. Very good homemade cake, which partly reminds of chocolates. A tasting plate is the solution if you can not decide. And this should order the visitor, really great. I want to come back.

What's that? Climb up the steps to the cathedral and half way up there is a small cafe with delicious home-baked cakes, served by the cheerful "baker". Completely uncomplicated you get a seat cushion and you sit comfortably with coffee and cake on the steps of the cathedral staircase. Very romantic, I felt 30 years younger.

Bratwurst with toast was really delicious. Although at 2.90 euros a bit expensive, but of good quality, was prepared in the pan. Service was nice, but I was the only guest in the check-in. Wanted to take the sausage and eat while walking. The fee to use the toilet for a short time, I should pay 50 cents. This was revealed to me in a very cute voice, a little embarrassing. However, with the serious intention to cash. I then said that I would sit down inside and then eat the food. Then I was allowed to go to the toilet for free. I find something stingy. Guest was me anyway. In any case, as a paying customer, one would expect more humanity.

A nice little spot right on the cathedral. From the outside, it seems inconspicuous, but inside convinced the head with a warm demeanor and delicious cake! The rhubarb cake was really great and is highly recommended!

After the theater visit, we sat down here for a little coffee. There are various fresh drinks and HOME-BAKED cakes. As the owner told us, many people don't believe (anymore) that something like this still exists today. Unfortunately, many people do not notice the café and pass by. But it's worth it!
